Terms and Conditions

"Platform" refers to the Kujivinjari website and mobile applications.

"User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.

"Organizer" refers to event organizers who sell tickets through our Platform.

"Attendee" refers to users who purchase tickets for events.

"Services" refers to all services provided by Kujivinjari including ticket sales, event listings, and payment processing.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.1 Purchases: All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.

3.2 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes and fees.

3.3 Payment Methods: We accept M-Pesa and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred.

3.4 Service Fees: A service fee may be applied to each transaction to cover platform and payment processing costs.

4.1 Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

4.2 Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us for refund eligibility.

4.3 No-Shows: Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund.

4.4 Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 30 days of the original event date.

If you register as an Organizer, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your events
• Fulfill all obligations related to events you list
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay applicable platform fees and commissions
• Handle attendee inquiries and disputes professionally
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Resell tickets above face value (scalping)
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content

Kujivinjari is a platform that connects Organizers with Attendees. We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of events
• Actions or omissions of Organizers or Attendees
• Event cancellations or changes made by Organizers
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
