Kujivinjari provides:

• Event listings and promotional content
• Ticketing and payment facilitation
• Merchant and vendor connections

We act as:

• A facilitator, not the organizer of events (unless explicitly stated)

You may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login details
• All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

Payments may be processed via third-party providers (e.g., mobile money, card processors).

By making a payment, you agree:

• To provide accurate payment details
• That charges are final unless otherwise stated

Refunds:

• Refund policies depend on the event organizer
• Jivinjari is not responsible for event cancellations or refund delays
• However, we may assist in dispute resolution where possible

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity

All content on Jivinjari (logos, design, text, media) is owned by or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for content, policies, or services of third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kujivinjari is not liable for:

• Losses from event cancellations or changes
• Payment issues caused by third-party providers
• Indirect or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold Kujivinjari harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or at our discretion, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
