No, you can browse all public events and venues without an account. However, creating an account allows you to save favorites, track your ticket history, and receive personalized recommendations.
Tickets & Orders
Once your payment is confirmed, your tickets are instantly sent to your email address as a PDF with a unique QR code. You can also access them anytime in the 'My Tickets' section of your account.
Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled or rescheduled. Please check the specific event page for its refund policy.
No, you can simply show the QR code on your smartphone at the event entrance. Our organizers use advanced scanners that work perfectly with mobile screens.
For Organizers
You can sign up as a Merchant through our 'Partner Portal'. Once your account is approved, you'll have access to our dashboard where you can create events, manage pricing tiers, and track sales in real-time.
Our organizer dashboard includes a built-in QR scanner. You can use any smartphone with a camera to scan guest tickets at the door. The system will instantly tell you if the ticket is valid, used, or invalid.
Payments
We currently support M-Pesa (via STK Push) and major Credit/Debit cards. All payments are processed through secure, industry-standard gateways to ensure your data is always protected.
M-Pesa confirmations usually take less than a minute. If you haven't received your ticket after 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your M-Pesa transaction code.
